libghc-refact-dev software package provides specify refactorings to perform with apply-refact, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-refact-dev
libghc-refact-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-refact-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-refact-dev *
You will get with libghc-refact-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
